I work with individuals and offer short and long term therapy which is led by you. I work collaboratively
so I will regularly check in with you to see how you feel the therapy is working. I offer both face to face and online sessions. I can also offer sessions for couples.
My approach is pluralistic which means that I work collaboratively with you to help you get the best out of therapy. I believe that every individual has different needs and my approach reflects that. We all have the resources we need to help ourselves within, but in times of crisis we can lose sight of that and may feel lost and therapy can help us to access our strengths. Together we will explore where you are stuck, identify what changes need to be made and how you can make them.
